Are you interested in running the Art Cards by Kids Fundraiser and learning more about the process and profits? Contact us for a full product price chart, including parent pricing, school costs, and profits when your school participates.

You DO NOT PAY any up-front costs to run the fundraiser. Parents pay for their orders on our secure online checkout using a debit or credit card. We issue your school a profit check at the end of the fundraiser (sales less administration fee and shipping).


Administration fee

75¢ per student/artwork submitted to us (example: 150 students = $112.50 admin. fee). We charge an administration fee to cover the below, including creating a custom sample card for every student, whether they order or not. Sample cards significantly increase your school profit as parents receive a physical proof home with ordering instructions inside.

Admin Fee Covers the Following

  • High quality Art Sheet paper for every student 
  • Shipping of start up package containing sheets
  • Professional color calibrated art scanning
  • Sample card for each student

Shipping

Shipping of start up package included in administration fee.
We deduct shipping of artwork, sample cards, and final order from your school profit.
